Incremental Imagination

It's Monday and you you’ve had a normal day at work. You lie down to go to sleep and thoughts of the next day enter your mind. And what are they like? Most likely they are an extension of the day you just experienced, with maybe slightly different issues or new urgencies. You may have a to-do list running through your mind, or a meeting you dread coming up. And if you look at your thoughts on Tuesday night, they will most likely be a variation of the same.

If you want something different in your life you need to begin by a imagining it as something different. If you look at your Backlog, (bucket list) you will find things that you want for your future. Prioritize them, pull them into your sprint, and begin by imagining that whatever it is is already done. Do this every day. And every day take some action toward making it a reality.

The combination of assuming that the goal is already achieved, along with small action steps each, guarantee that you will achieve what it is you want.
