Bucket List Resources

If you have trouble coming up with ideas for your Master Backlog, aka Bucket List, I recommend two resources to help you. Even if you have what you think is a full list, you’re bound to get ideas from these two sources.

The first is https://bucketlist.org/ This site provides ideas in different categories such as travel, nature and entertainment, and you can read about other’s experiences doing some of the things you want to do. As you browse ideas, you can add them to your list, then mark them as Done when you complete them. It’s a great site and I find it very inspiring.

Another resource is a short book by Karen Cordaway called The Everyday Bucket List Book. Karen makes the important point that not everything on your Bucket List needs to be grand and/or expensive, and there are many things you can do for free in your own backyard. She provides some useful tools on her website to guide you.

Take a look at one or both of these resources. You’re bound to add more goals to your list and more fun to your life. If you have some resources to share, please do in the comments below.
